THE RULES OF ORGANIZING SPECIAL GAMES OF CHANCE
THROUGH MEANS OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
Introductory remarks
Terms used in this policy of organizing special games of chance through means of electronic communication (hereinafter "the rules") in the course of betting on sport events and other events, have the following meanings:
Bookmaking company:
Internet website or call center through which Bookmakers organize Betting, in name of, on behalf of and on account of the company.
Bookmaker:
A legal entity or individual which organizes Betting on sports and other events, in name of, on behalf of and on account of the company.
Event:
Any future uncertain occurrence with valuable results.
Betting:
Investing money in an anticipated outcome of an event on which, in accordance with the law, organizing betting is possible; Betting consists of receiving stakes from customers under conditions that the company suggests.
Offer:
A list of Events and their outcomes with the odds, suggested by the company, published on the internet site.
Customer:
Individual that accepts these rules, meets the law requirements for participating in betting, and takes part in Betting by investing.
Stake:
Domestic currency money, invested in predicting an outcome of an Event, by the Customer.
Outcome:
Result of an Event, on which, in accordance with the law, organizing betting is possible.
Gross profit:
Total profit of the player as a result of betting, including the stake.
Pure profit-earning:
Amount of money player earned on Betting: Gross profit minus the stakes.
An obvious error:
Any error in the Offer related to the Event itself, and regarding Odds, participants, time and place of the game, lack of possibility to verify accuracy of results, printing errors in the Offer or any other reason, Bookmaker estimates could affect the validity of Bets.
N:
Variable.
Daily earning:
Earning on bets placed/accepted within a calendar day.
Return:
Turning Stake back to Customer invested in placing bet on the event that, for any reason, is invalid.
Invalid Betting:
Situation when odd 1.00 is taken into account instead of original odd (e.g. match postponed, match cancelled, incorrect pair, etc.).
Ring Betting:
Series of the same or similar bets placed on the same calendar day, on the website, by many Customers, that Bookmaker suspects to have joined in conspiracy to avoid restrictions, set in this rules.
Odd:
Cipher that is multiplied by Stake in order to calculate potential Gross profit.
Favorite:
Team or competitors who, in the opinion of the Company, stand better chances to win.
The underdog:
Team or competitor who, in the opinion of the Company, stand worse chances to win.
Home/Home Team:
First-listed team or competitor in the Offer. Does not necessarily have to be the host.
Away/Away team:
Second-listed team or competitor in the Offer. Does not necessarily have to be the guest.
Tournament:
Competition – Championship where many competitors combat over placement.
Bonus account:
Account that each internet customer has and in what bonus money, gained in a variety of marketing or bonus gambling activities, is accumulated. Bonus account provides bonus money for making bonus tickets. Potential profit is transferred to current account.
Placement:
Position, that competitor/team ends tournament on.
Handicap:
Advantage given to the outsider, in order to align the possible outcome of event and increase the value of betting. Handicap is always added to or subtracted from the first-listed team/competitor.
Official sources of information:
1) official site of the competition organizers; 2) official website of the host of the competition; 3) official site team home team; 4) official website of the away team. Live score internet sites are not official and not considered when settling results. If the official information differ from site to site, precedence is applied by the hierarchy above.
Fulfilled bet:
This is considered to be a bet where the result would not have changed if the game had been played to the end.
Outright:
Outcome at the end of competition.
Article 1
According to these rules, Company organizes special game of chance - Betting on events on which, in accordance with the law, organizing betting is possible.

Article 2
Betting is activity of predicting outcome and placing a bet.
Article 3
Any individual that is over 18 years old, regardless of gender, residence, citizenship, or any other physical or social characteristic, that accepts these rules, can take part in betting.
Underage individuals are not allowed to open an account for betting.
Company employees and other entities that are forbidden from betting by the low, can’t take part in betting.
Article 4
Services that Bookmaker provides to Customers are based on sound relationship as well as on fair and efficient services of betting on Events via internet betting.
When betting, players are obliged to adhere to the principles of conscientiousness and honesty.
Article 5
By participating in betting on Events, Customer accepts this policy entirety and all rights and obligations that descent from them.
In case of quarrel, final decision is made by the Bookmaker.
In case of litigation that can’t be settled peacefully, competence of the Basic Court in Belgrade is determined.
Article 6
Betting takes place according to Offer that consists of Events, Markets and Odds.
A bookmaker can cancel (void) your bet, if it was a palpable error. This can occur when a bookmaker has made an obvious mistake, such as reversed odds of a match or some other kind of accidental error made while quoting the odds.
Article 7
Placing bet is done via Internet.
Bookmaker keeps the right not to accept the bet, without any further explanation.
Article 8
Bookmaker can limit stake per ticket and winning margin.
Minimal and maximal stake limits and winning margins are published in general rules.
Bookmaker can change any limit and winning margin, without prior notification.
Article 9
Customer is obligated to obey all rules.
In case of any violation, bet placed against rules will be considered invalid and stake will be returned.
Article 10
Related bets are not accepted.
Multiple bets are not accepted.
Multiple bets are considered to be repeated bets, where at least 3 same events are placed bet on, per each and every ticket.
Article 11
In case of ring betting, tickets are cancelled and stakes are returned.
Article 11 a
Stakes will be returned whenever Customer does not obey rules and lows and in case of o palpable error.
Article 12
Bet can be placed until the earliest event on ticket starts, unless stated otherwise.
Whenever this rule is not obeyed, bet is cancelled and stakes are returned.
This rule does not apply on Live Betting and Empty Bet.
Official data provides the schedule of events.
Article 13
Winning combination consists of winning bets, exclusively.
Article 14
Money is transferred to winner’s account.
Article 15
The Company vouches for the potential pay out, according to the rules.
Article 16
Bookmaker will execute pay out as soon as official data arrives (15 days maximum).
Article 17
Official Result is the outcome achieved on the court. Eventual Disqualifications, later adjustments of results etc, are not taken into consideration.

Final Result/Score – Customer places bet on the team to score more goals at the end of regular time.
1 – Home win

X – Draw
Double Chance – Customer places bet on the final result of the match.
1X – Home win or draw
X2 – Away win or draw
12 – Home win or away win
Draw no bet – Customer places bet on final score. Draw result returns stake back.
DNB1 – Home win, draw result returns stake back
DNB2 – Away win, draw result returns stake back
Half Time or Full time – Customer places bet on the result at the end of the half time or the result at the end of the match.
I1*1 – Home win the first half time or home win the match
IX*X – Draw at the half time or draw in the end of the match
I2*2 – Away win the first half time or away win the match
Half Time/Full Time – Customer places bet on the outcome at the end of the first half and the outcome at the end of the match.
1–1 – Home win the first half time and home win at the end of the match
X–1 – First half draw and home win the match
2–1 – Away win the first half time and home win the match
1–X – Away win the first half time and draw at the end of the match
X–X – Draw at the half time and draw at the end of the match
2–X – Away win at half time, and draw at the end of the match
1–2 – Home win the first half time and away win at the end of the match
X–2 – Draw at the half time, away and away win at the end of the match
2–2 – Away win the first half time and away win the match
Half Times score betting – Customer places bet on the score of the half time.
I1 – Home win first half
IX – First half draw
I2 – Away win first half
II1 – Home win second half
IIX – Second half draw
II2 – Away win second half
Quarter result (I, II , III, IV) - Customer places bet on the result of specific quarter.
I, II , III, IV 1 - Home win
I, II , III, IV X - Draw
I, II , III, IV 2 - Away win
Handicap – Customer places bet on the winner of the match, after the final score has been adjusted by the handicap (advantage given to a team). Game is calculated in following way:
Handicap is added to or subtracted from the accomplished number of home team total goals/points (it is subtracted if there is mark “–“ (minus) in the bet).
Three-way Handicap
H1 – Home win after handicap has been included
HX – Draw after handicap has been included
H2 – Away win after handicap has been included
Two-way Handicap
H1 – Home win after handicap has been included
H2 – Away win after handicap has been included
In case of a draw stake is returned.
Totals - Customer places bet on whether total number of Goals/Points/Sets/Games/Touchdowns/Yards/Tries/Innings/Runouts/Cards/Corners/Penalties/Maps/Kills… will be over or under certain preset margin.

Even/odd – Customer places bet on whether the total number of goals/points in the match will be even or odd (final result 0:0 is considered to be even number of goals/points).
Half with more goals/Points – Customer places bet on half with more goals.
I> – More goals/points are scored in the first half than in the second half
II> – More goals/points are scored in the second half than in the first half
I=II – Same number of goals/points is scored in both halves or the exact score of the match is 0:0
Double/Multiple bet - Customer places bet on two or more bets simultaneously.
Example: 1&-P - Customer places bet on Home Win & < Points.
First team to score – Customer places bet on the team to score the first goal/point in the match.
Scores 1st goal – Home team scores first goal/point
Scores 2nd goal – Away team scores first goal/point
If game ends 0:0 all bets are not-winning.
Correct score – Customer places bet on the exact final score at the end of the match.
Halves Won - Customer places bet on how many halves certain team/competitor will win.
H0 – Home team wins no halves
H1+ – Home team wins at least one half
H1 – Home team wins exactly one half
H2 – Home team wins both halves.
A0 – Away team wins no halves
A1+ – Away team wins at least one half
A1 – Away team wins exactly one half. Bet is losing if home team wins both halves.
A1 – Away team wins both halves.
Winner – Customer places bet on the match outcome including extra time.
W1 – Home win
W2 – Away win
Extra time - Customer places bet on whether or not there will be extra time
Dead Heat - Dead heat is a tie between two or more competitors. (Dead Heat is calculated by dividing the stake proportionally between the number of winners in the event).
Placement/Group Placement - Customer places bet on placement of the team/competitor in certain competition.

Third Place team - Customer places bet on Third Placed team in group to qualify to the next round.
Highest scoring match - Customer places bet on match with most goals.
Highest scoring match in group/competition - Customer places bet on highest scoring match in group/competition.
Highest scoring team in group/competition - Customer places bet on highest scoring team in group/competition.
Lowest scoring team in group - Customer places bet on lowest scoring team in group/competition.
Highest scoring Group - Customer places bet on highest scoring group.
Lowest scoring Group - Customer places bet on lowest scoring group.
Team with most yellow/red cards - Customer places bet on team to be shown highest number of yellow/red cards.
Total Points in group - Customer places bet on number of total number of points the team will seize in group phase.
Total goals in group/competition - Customer places bet on total number of goals in group phase/competition.
Group Combination - Customer places bet on number of total goals in group combinations.
Penalty shoot-out does not count.
Total group goals - Customer places bet on total number of goals in group
Total team goals in group/competition - Customer places bet on total number of goals the team will score in group phase/competition.
Player to score Hat-Trick - Customer places bet on whether certain player will score hat-trick.
Earliest goal - Customer places bet on team to take the least time in scoring first goal in the match.
Draw in group - Customer places bet on total number of matches to end a draw.
Total team penalties - Customer places bet on total team penalties. Penalty shoot-out does not count.
Total team yellow/red cards - Customer places bet on total team yellow/red cards. Cards shown after regular time and cards shown to officials and players out of field do not count.
Total competition yellow/red cards - Customer places bet on total yellow/red cards shown in entire competition. Cards shown after regular time and cards shown to officials and players out of field do not count.
Total group yellow/red cards - Customer places bet on total yellow/red cards in a group. Cards shown after regular time and cards shown to officials and players out of field do not count.
Total yellow/red cards in phase - Customer places bet on total yellow/red cards in a phase (group phase/eight-final/quarter-final/semi-final/final) of a competition. Cards shown after regular time and cards shown to officials and players out of field do not count.
Penalty saves - Customer places bet on goalkeeper to have the highest number of penalty saves.
MVP - Customer places bet on officially announced Most Valuable Player in competition.
Final Pair - Customer places bet on Final Pair of competition.
Top Goalscorer - Customer places on player score the most goals during Competition. If two or more players score the same number of goals, Dead Heat rule applies.
Top Assistant - Customer places on player to make the most assists during Competition. If two or more players make the same number of assists, Dead Heat rule applies.
Top Team Goalscorer - Customer places on player score the most goals in team during Competition. If two or more players score the same number of goals, Dead Heat rule applies.
Total 0:0 matches - Customer places on total number of matches to end with no goals.
Total 3+ matches - Customer places on total number of matches to end with 3 or more goals scored
Total 0-2 matches - Customer places on total number of matches to end with less than 3 goals scored
Total 4+ matches - Customer places on total number of matches to end with 4 or more goals scored
Total 5+ matches - Customer places on total number of matches to end with 5 or more goals scored
Total 6+ matches - Customer places on total number of matches to end with 6 or more goals scored
Total Penalty kicks in phase (Group phase/eight-final/semi-final/semi-final/final) - Customer places bet on total number of penalty kicks in phase. Penalty shoot-out does not count.
Total scored group penalties - Customer places on total number of scored penalty kicks in group. Penalty shoot-out does not count.
Total missed group penalties - Customer places on total number of missed penalty kicks in group. Penalty shoot-out does not count.
Duel - Customer places bet on duel (Teams/Competitors/Driver/Racer/Corners/Penalties/Red Cards/Yellow Cards/Goalscorers). Duel is achievement comparison of two given subjects. Winner is the subject with better score/achievement.
If both teams are eliminated in same phase, following order is taken into account:
If the achievement of both subjects is equal, Dead Heat rule applies.
Duel penalties do not consider possible extra time and penalty shoot-out
Elimination after penalty kicks - Customer places bet on whether the team will be eliminated after penalty kicks.
First Corner in final match - Customer places bet on team to take First Corner kick in final match.
Kick-off - Customer places bet on the team to take kick-off.
First time winner - Customer places bet on the team to be the first time winner of a competition.
Goalkeeper to score - Customer places bet on any goalkeeper to score. Penalty shoot-out goals do not count).
Football player to score from own half of the pitch - Customer places bet on Football player to score from own half of the pitch.
Final match referee - Customer places bet on the name of the Final match referee.
The achieved result of the match is valid regardless of who is the host of the match.

Final Score – General final score rule applies.
Double Chance – General double chance rule applies.
10 Min Final Score – Customer places bet on the result in the match after 10:00 minutes of play, meaning, from 00:01 (start) until 09:59 (nine minutes, fifty-nine seconds).
10 min 1 – Home team to score more goals in period
10 min 2 – Away team to score more goals in period
10 min X – Draw, both teams to score the same number of goals or no goals in period
Total Team Goals (Home, Away) – General Totals rule applies.
I – 1st half
II – 2nd half
0 – Team to score no goals
0–1 – Team to score less than two goals
1, 2, 3 – Team to score exactly one, two, three goals
1+ – Team to score at least one goal
2+ – Team to score at least two goals
3+ – Team to score at least three goals
4+ – Team to score at least four goals
I+II – Team to score in both halves
Example: II2+ - Team to score two or more goals in the 2nd half.
GG/NG – goal goal/no goal – Customer places bet on both teams to score in regular time.
GG – Both teams to score
NG – At least one team not to score
IGG – Both teams to score in the 1st half
IIGG – Both teams to score in the 2nd half
GG GG – Both teams to score in both halves
NG NG – At least one team not to score in the first half and at least one team not to score in the second half.
Teams to score in both halves – Customer places bet on whether at least one goal is scored in both halves or not.
1+1 – At least one goal in both halves
0+0 – No goals in either half
Draw no bet – General DNB rule applies.
Half Time or Full time – General Half time or Full time rule applies.
Half Time/Full Time – General Half time/Full time result applies.
Half Time/Full Time + – Customer places bet on the outcome at the end of the first half and the outcome at the end of the match.
1X-1 – First half double chance and home win at the end of the match
1X-X – First half double chance and draw at the end of the match
1X-2 – First half double chance and away win at the end of the match
X2-1 – First half double chance and home win at the end of the match
X2-X – First half double chance and draw at the end of the match
X2-2 – First half double chance and away win at the end of the match
X-1X – Draw at the end of the half time, and double chance final score
X-2X – Draw at the end of the half time, and double chance final score
12-1 – First half double chance and home win at the end of the match
12-2 - First half double chance and away win at the end of the match
Time of first goal – Customer places bet on certain time bracket the first goal in the match will be scored (0-10mins, if any team scores in that time bracket, bet is a winner). If there is no goal in certain time bracket all bets are losers.
For all bets referring to occurrences or results in relation to time periods, bets will be settled on the exact time based data provided by official statistics.
Half Times score betting - General Half times score betting applies.
Total Goals (Full Time, 1st half, 2nd half) – Customer places bet on how many goals will be scored at specific period of the match.
0G – No goal
1G, 2G, 3G... – Exact number of scored goals
Goal Range – Goals Scored within the range including lower and upper limitation (example: 4– 6 – bet is a winner if four, five or six goals are scored).
1+, 2+, 3+... – At least one, two or three goals are scored
(example: 3+ – bet is a winner if 3 or more goals are scored)
I – Refers to the 1st half
II – Refers to the 2nd half
First team to score – General first team to score rule applies.
Correct score – General correct score rule applies.
Handicap – General handicap rule applies.
Half with more goals – General Half with more goals/points rule applies.
Even/odd – General even/odd rule applies.
Halves Won - General Halves won rule applies.
No bet – Customer places double bet.
1 NB GG – Home team wins the match. If the home team does not win, and both teams score at least one goal, the stake will be returned
X NB GG – The match is a draw. If the final outcome is not a draw, and both teams score at least one goal, the stake will be returned
2 NB GG – Away team wins the match. If the away team does not win, and both teams score at least one goal, the stake will be returned
1 NB 3+ – Home teams wins the match. If the home team does not win, and the total number of scored goals in the match is 3 or more, the stakes will be returned
X NB 3+ – The match is a draw. If the final outcome is not a draw, and the total number of scored goals in the match is 3 or more the stake will be returned
2 NB 3+ – Away team wins the match. If the away team does not win, and the total number of scored goals in the match is 3 or more, the stakes will be returned
1 NB 0G – Home team wins the match. If the home team does not win, and no goals are scored in the match, the stakes will be returned
2 NB 0G – Away team wins the match. If the away team does not win, and no goals are scored in the match, the stakes will be returned
GG NB 0G – Both teams will score at least one goal in the match. If at least one team does not score a goal in the match, and no goals are scored in the match, the stakes will be returned
Double/Multiple bet – Customer places bet on two or more accumulated selections which all need to be winners.
I1+&II2 – 1 or more goals scored in the first half and 2 or more goals scored in the second half
1&3+ – Home win and 3 or more goals scored in the match
2&3+ – Away win and 3 or more goals scored in the match
GG&3+ – Both teams score and 3 or more goals scored in the match in total
1-1&3+ – Home win the first half and home win the match and 3 or more goals scored in the match
2-2&3+ – Away win the first half and away win the match and 3 or more goals scored in the match
1&D2+ – Home win and home to score two or more goals
2&G2+ – Away win and away to score two or more goals
1&4+ – Home win and 4 or more goals scored in the match
2&4+ – Away win and 4 or more goals scored in the match
1&GG – Home win and both teams to score
X&GG – Draw and both teams to score

I2+&II2+ – Two or more goals scored in the first half and two or more goals scored in the second half
I2+&4+ – Two or more goals scored in the first half and four or more goals scored in the match
H2+&A2+ – Home teams to score two or more goals and away team to score two or more goals
GG&4+ – Both teams to score and four or more goals scored
1-1&GG – Half Time/Full Time and both teams to score
2-2&GG – Half Time/Full Time and both teams to score
1X&3+ – Double Chance and three or more goals scored
X2&3+ – Double Chance and three or more goals scored
Team scores the first/ last goal and the final outcome of the match
FG1&1 – Home to score the first goal and home win
FG2&1 – Away to score the first goal and away win
FG1&X – Away to draw from behind
FG2&X – Home to draw from behind
LG1&1 – Home to score the last goal and home win
LG2&1 – Away to score the last goal and away win
LG1&2 – Home to score the last goal and draw
LG2&X – Away to score the last goal and draw
Total corners – Customer places bets on the number of corners taken in the match.
For all bets referring to occurrences or results in relation to number of corners, bets will be settled on the exact data provided by official statistics.
Total penalty cards - the player bets on the total number of cards shown in the regular part of the match, which may be less than, equal to or greater than the set limit. The total number of cards is calculated as the sum of cards awarded in the match as follows:
• A yellow card awarded to one player counts as one card
• another yellow card awarded to a player who already has one yellow card, awarded in the same match, is not counted in the total
• A red card, direct or obtained as a result of another yellow card, counts as two cards
• for this game only the cards of the players in the game are counted, the cards received by the players or the staff on the bench are not counted in the total
• for this game only the cards awarded by the referee in the regular part of the match are counted, the cards received after the referee plays at the end of the regular part of the match are not counted
First yellow card in the match – Customer places bet on which team will get the first yellow card in the match. In case of the yellow card is given to both teams at the same time, the bets are void.
Red card – Customer places bet on the number of red cards (example: yes, one or more red cards).
Penalty – Customer places bet on the number of penalties (example: yes, one or more penalties).
Team to qualify – Customer places bet on a team to qualify into the next round of competition.
Total League Goals – Customer places bet on total number of goals on a certain number of matches in time period. In case of match delay or cancellation, it shall be considered that precisely two goals were scored in the match(one for home team, one for away team) . In case of delay or cancellation of two or more matches, the bet is pronounced invalid and stake is returned.
Goalscorers/ player to score a goal – Customer places bet on number of goals scored by a player in the match.
1+ - Player to score one or more goals
2+ - Player to score two or more goals
3+ - Player to score three or more goals
FG - Player to score the first goal in the match.
LG - Player scores the last goal in the match
No own goals are counted.
It is considered that player takes part in match, if he spends at least one second in game.
Bets on players not taking part in the match will be void as will bets on first player to score where the selection comes on after the first goal is scored. All players that take part in a match will be considered runners for last player to score betting.
Football players/special offer
Goalscorers Duel - General duel rule applies.
If both players score the same number of goals, Dead heat rule applies. If both scorers do not score, bets are cancelled and stakes are returned.

Double/Multiple Bet rule applies.
Player special - Customer places bet on football player to score the first goal in the match in time bracket:
F1-20 – Player to score the first goal in the match from 1st to 20th minute
F21-45 – Player to score the first goal in the match from 21st to 45th minute
F46+ – Player to score the first goal in the second half
G1-20 – Player to score any goal in the match from 1st to 20th minute
G21-45 – Player to score any goal in the match from 21st to 45th minute
G46+ – Player to score any goal in the second half
For all bets referring to occurrences or results in relation to time periods, bets will be settled on the exact time based data provided by official statistics.
Statistical bets – Customer places bet on a defined individual performance of football player in a match.
First card in the match – Football player is shown the first card in the match (yellow or red). In case of the card is given to more than one player at the same time, stake is returned.
Yellow card – Football player is shown yellow card in the match.
Red card – Football player is shown red card in the match. Red card shown to officials does not count.
Assist – Football player assists his teammate in scoring a goal in the match.
Best player of the match – Football player is announced the “best player of the match” in accordance with data from the official site of the match organizer.
Total Shots
Number of shots to the goal – for all bets related to total shots the following rules applies:
1. Blocked shots do not count
2. Data are received from the official site of the match organizer
Total number of shots – Customer places bet on total number of shots (the sum of all shots on target and off target).
Total number of shots on target – Customer places bet on total number of shots on target for both teams.

All start times displayed are an indication only and not guaranteed to be correct. If a match is suspended or postponed, and not resumed or rescheduled to commence by the end of the day (local time), then bets will be void.
